Accommodations and getting around

The ceremony and reception will take place at Inn Cahoots, located at 1221 E 6th Street in downtown Austin. There are ample places to stay nearby. We’ve linked a few of our recommended venues below, or here are an AirBnB or Yelp search to get you started.

There is some neighborhood parking at the venue and we may reserve even more. The venue can be reached easily from the Plaza Saltillo stop of the CapMetro Red line. Lyft and Uber are widely available, as are scooters if you’re feeling saucy. But if you’re feeling sauced, please make sure to get around safely!

Please note that our wedding is the same weekend as the Austin City Limits Festival, which hosts about 75,000 guests per day. Many of them are of course Austin locals, but you’re encouraged to sort out where you’ll stay sooner than later.

Courtyard by Marriott: About a mile from the venue, walkable depending on your tolerances but easily within rideshare range.

Hotel Otis: this one isn’t super close to the venue, but it holds a very special place in our hearts as we’ve stayed and celebrated there a few times over our courtship. Every room features a record player and there’s a great library of vinyl to provide a soundtrack to your weekend.
